Overview

The Media Library keeps DEX content on-brand. Priya uploads brand assets once, logo, teal header strip, optional welcome photo, and every survey pulls from the same source.

Manage media

    Open DEX → Media Library

    Browse assets already used in surveys and onboarding content.

    Upload brand assets

    Add your company logo, header banner, or welcome illustration. Supported formats depend on your org settings.

    Organize with tags

    Tag files by campaign, "Q2 engagement", "onboarding", "exit", so you find them fast next quarter.

    Insert into survey questions

    From the survey designer, pick an asset from the library instead of uploading the same PNG five times.

    Update in one place

    Replace an outdated logo in the library; new survey blocks use the latest version automatically.

Size matters

Keep header images under ~500 KB so mobile employees on LTE don't stare at a loading spinner before question one.
