Your first week on WorkVerge: understand what you have licensed, where to click, and which doc to open when someone asks for help.

Maya Chen · IT Manager at Bluewave Labs
Maya just finished SSO setup. Her VP wants a single place to see asset renewals, IT requests, and onboarding feedback, without three spreadsheets. This guide is her map for week one.
Before you begin
- Admin login to your WorkVerge organization
- At least one licensed product (ITAM, ITSM, or DEX)
Overview
WorkVerge groups IT work into three products, ITAM (assets), ITSM (service desk), and DEX (employee experience), plus My Organization for people and settings, and an Employee Portal where staff self-serve.
For example
Bluewave Labs has all three products licensed. Maya sees ITAM, ITSM, and DEX tiles on the dashboard; a smaller customer might only see ITAM until they upgrade.
Your products
Only licensed modules appear in the sidebar. Pick the area that matches your first goal:
First day checklist
- Land on the admin dashboard and complete onboarding tasks
- Invite Carlos (or your IT admin) and confirm MFA if required
- Add one real asset, e.g. your company domain in ITAM Domains
- Publish one ITSM service so Sophie can request Figma access from the portal
