Overview
After you sign in, you land on the admin dashboard. Think of it as mission control, not deep work, but orientation: which products you have, what to configure next, and quick jumps into ITAM, ITSM, or DEX.
Product tiles
Each tile opens that product's own dashboard. If you don't see a tile, your org isn't licensed for it (contact your account rep or check org config).
- ITAM. CMDB health, renewals, asset KPIs
- ITSM. Open tickets, SLA trends
- DEX. Survey activity and response rates
