Monday morning: Maya logs in and needs to know if anything is on fire before standup. She opens the dashboard to see which products are active and what setup tasks Carlos still owes her.

Overview

After you sign in, you land on the admin dashboard. Think of it as mission control, not deep work, but orientation: which products you have, what to configure next, and quick jumps into ITAM, ITSM, or DEX.

Product tiles

Each tile opens that product's own dashboard. If you don't see a tile, your org isn't licensed for it (contact your account rep or check org config).

  • ITAM. CMDB health, renewals, asset KPIs
  • ITSM. Open tickets, SLA trends
  • DEX. Survey activity and response rates

For example

Maya clicks ITAM first because finance asked for a domain renewal report due Friday.

Onboarding checklist

New orgs see guided tasks, add employees, connect integrations, create your first domain or service. Treat it like a shared to-do with Carlos: knock items off before inviting the whole company.

Quick win

Completing "Add first employee" unlocks DEX folder targeting and device assignment in one step.
