WorkVie AI
Agent Workspace
The full-page agent is built for extended investigations, multi-turn blast-radius analysis, executive summaries, and action plans that outgrow a quick docked chat.
Real-world scenario
Alex Kim · VP of IT at Bluewave Labs
Before signing off on Carlos's prod-api-01 maintenance, Alex opens the workspace to compare blast radius, open P1 tickets on that service, and draft talking points for Monday's leadership standup, all in one session.
Before you begin
- WorkVie AI enabled in org configuration
- Admin access to ITAM, ITSM, or DEX surfaces
Overview
The workspace keeps conversation history so you can build context over several turns, start with blast radius, ask who owns each dependency, then request a short brief for stakeholders. Use it from the admin dashboard or expand from the docked assistant when a quick answer turns into a 20-minute investigation.
Using the workspace
- 1
Open the agent workspace
Click WorkVie AI in the header and choose Open workspace, or expand from the docked assistant. You land on the full-page chat at /agent.
- 2
Start a new session or resume history
Past conversations persist per user. Pick up yesterday's blast-radius thread without re-entering prod-api-01 context.
- 3
Ask multi-step operational questions
Combine ITAM, ITSM, and DEX in one thread, ticket backlog, asset counts, survey response rates, CMDB health.
- 4
Request analysis and action plans
Ask for blast radius, unlinked assets, or a prioritized remediation plan. The agent pulls from live org data.
- 5
Follow deep links and export takeaways
When the UI offers links to assets, tickets, or reports, use them to act. Copy summaries into change tickets or Slack.
Example session
Alex. pre-maintenance investigation
- "What is the blast radius if prod-api-01 is unavailable for 45 minutes?"
- "How many open P1 tickets mention Customer API in the last 30 days?"
- "Summarize DEX sentiment for Platform team after last month\'s outage comms."
- "Give me three bullet points for leadership on risk vs. deferring the patch."
