Getting Started
Navigation
How the sidebar, product switcher, and routes fit together, so you stop guessing where Carlos put that domain list.
Real-world scenario
Maya Chen · IT Manager
Sophie Slacked "where do I request a monitor?" Maya needs to know: employee portal for requests, ITSM admin for the catalog, ITAM for asset records, this page maps all three.
Sidebar structure
The left sidebar changes when you switch products (ITAM / ITSM / DEX). These sections stay familiar:
- Product area. Dashboard + features for the active product
- My Organization. People, reports, automations, config (all products)
- WorkVie AI. Docked chat + full agent workspace
- Support. Platform help tickets
For example
ITAM
Asset management: digital (domains, SSL, servers) and physical (devices, inventory).
- Dashboard. CMDB health, pathfinder
- Digital Assets. Domains, SSL, Servers
- Physical Assets. Devices, Inventory, Asset Groups
- Vendors, Asset Tickets, CMDB graph
ITSM
Service desk: catalog, tickets, team queues, deployments.
- Services. What employees can request
- Service Tickets / Team Requests. Fulfillment queues
- Deployments. Push services to groups on a schedule
DEX
Surveys, deployments, onboarding/offboarding, analysis.
- Surveys & Deployments. Design and send
- Folders. Who receives surveys
- Analysis. Sentiment and wordcloud
My Organization
Shared admin: employees, workplaces, org chart, branding, MFA, API keys, automation workflows.
Employee Portal
Staff-facing: dashboard, devices, services, leave, calendar. Managers get a team tab.
