ITAM / Domains

Domain List & Filters

Find the domains that matter, expiring soon, missing auto-renew, or tied to a specific registrar, without exporting to a spreadsheet first.

Real-world scenario

Carlos Reyes · IT Admin at Bluewave Labs

Maya asked which Namecheap domains renew in the next 60 days. Carlos filters by registrar and expiry range, then exports the list for finance.

Before you begin

  • At least one domain in WorkVerge
  • Access to ITAM Digital Assets

Overview

The domains list is your control panel. WorkVerge loads data in pages so even orgs with hundreds of hostnames stay responsive. Filters and search apply across the full inventory, not just the current page, when you use select-all for bulk actions.

Table columns

You can show or hide columns with the column visibility toggle. Common columns include:

  • Domain name. e.g. workverge.ai
  • Registrar & DNS provider. Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.
  • Auto-renew. Yes or No
  • Expiry date. From Whois when available
  • Status. Active, Inactive, Archived
  • Health score. 0–100 after a health check has run
  • SSL status. When a certificate is linked

Sample row

workverge.ai · Namecheap · Cloudflare · Auto-renew Yes · Expires 2026-03-14 · Active · Health 92 · SSL Valid

Search & filters

Search matches domain name, registrar, and DNS provider (case-insensitive).

Filters

  • Status. Active, Inactive, Archived, or All
  • Registrar. e.g. Namecheap, GoDaddy
  • DNS provider. e.g. Cloudflare
  • Auto-renew. Yes, No, or All
  • Expiry range. Within 30, 60, or 90 days

Sorting works on domain, registrar, DNS provider, status, expiry, created, and last updated, ascending or descending.

Renewal prep

Filter Expiry range → 60 days and Auto-renew → No each month. That combination catches domains Carlos must renew manually before they lapse.

Typical workflow

  1. 1

Open ITAM → Digital Assets → Domains

The table loads your full domain inventory with the columns you last chose to show.

  2. 2

Search by name, registrar, or DNS provider

Type partial matches, e.g. "WorkVerge" or "Cloudflare". Search waits briefly so the list does not flicker on every keystroke.

  3. 3

    Apply filters

Narrow by status, registrar, DNS provider, auto-renew, or expiry window (30/60/90 days).

  4. 4

    Sort and paginate

Click column headers to sort. Change rows per page (25, 50, 100) for large lists like WorkVerge' marketing domains.

  5. 5

Open a domain or run bulk actions

Use row actions (View, Edit, Delete) or select rows for bulk updates and export.

From the filtered list, open domain detail for Whois and health, or use Export to share with finance.
