Bulk Actions

Update dozens of domains in one go after a registrar migration, SSL refresh, or when archiving old marketing hostnames.

Real-world scenario

Carlos Reyes · IT Admin at Bluewave Labs

WorkVerge turned on auto-renew for every Namecheap production domain after a close call on campaign.workverge.ai. Carlos filters by registrar, selects all, and bulk-enables auto-renew in one step.

Before you begin

  • Permission to edit or delete digital assets
  • Domains visible in the list (use filters to narrow scope)

Overview

Bulk actions apply one change to every selected domain. Select rows with checkboxes, then choose an action from the dropdown above the table. When you select all with filters active, WorkVerge includes every matching domain across pages, not only what you see on screen.

Available actions

Update Status

Set Active, Inactive, or Archived for all selected domains. Useful after decommissioning a batch of old landing pages.

Update Auto-Renew

Enable or disable auto-renew on every selected row. Match this to what you configured at Namecheap or Cloudflare Registrar.

Fetch SSL Certificates

Retrieves live certificates for each selected domain and updates linked SSL records. Domains tagged test or demo may be skipped. See SSL Info for details.

Delete

Removes selected domains from the active list (soft delete / archive). A confirmation modal shows the count. Export first if you want a backup, see Export to CSV.

Typical bulk SSL run

Filter: Status = Active · Select all (47 domains) · Bulk Actions → Fetch SSL Certificates · ~2 minutes for WorkVerge' full production set

Select all with filters

Combine filters with select-all to target exactly the set you need, for example, Registrar = Namecheap and Auto-renew = No, then select all and enable auto-renew in bulk. Without filters, select-all can affect your entire inventory, so double-check the modal count before confirming.

Delete is permanent for daily use

Bulk delete archives domains so you can filter them as Archived, but treat delete as irreversible for operational purposes, confirm the count and export if Maya needs an audit trail.

Step-by-step

  1. 1

    Select domains with row checkboxes

Pick individual rows, or use the header checkbox to select all domains matching your current filters, not just the visible page.

  2. 2

    Open the Bulk Actions dropdown

Choose Update Status, Update Auto-Renew, Fetch SSL Certificates, or Delete.

  3. 3

    Confirm in the modal

Each action shows what will change and how many domains are affected.

  4. 4

    Wait for completion

SSL fetch in particular may take a moment for large selections. Refresh the list to see updated status or expiry.
