Overview
Bulk QR Generator creates scannable labels linking to each device's detail page. Carlos uses it before Austin audits; each code encodes a URL that opens in WorkVerge when scanned with Asset Tagger or a phone camera.
Step-by-step

Open ITAM → Physical Assets → Asset Tagger
Select the Bulk QR Generator sub-tab.

Filter devices for Austin office
Select workplace Austin Office, or filter Laptops missing QR codes.

Choose selection method
Select by type (Laptop, Monitor), by pending/no-QR status, or pick individual devices.

Click Generate QR Codes
WorkVerge creates codes for devices that do not have one yet. Existing codes are skipped.

Download or print
Export as PDF or PNG sheet for the label printer. Attach stickers to each physical device.
Selection options
- By type. All Laptops or Monitors at a workplace
- By status. Devices without QR codes (pending)
- Individual. Hand-pick specific assets (e.g. Sophie's MacBook)
