Employee Portal
Let team members see which tools their department uses. Notion for Engineering, read-only, without giving them edit access.

Sophie Park asks which SaaS tools Engineering officially supports. Carlos points her to Employee Portal → Vendors where she sees Notion, GitHub, and Figma, but not HR-only vendors assigned to other teams.
Before you begin
- Employee account at Bluewave Labs
- Membership in at least one team with assigned vendors
Overview
The employee portal vendor view is read-only. Employees and managers browse vendors assigned to their teams, check subscription summaries, and download invoices when permitted, they cannot add, edit, or delete vendors. Carlos and Maya manage records in ITAM → Vendor Management.
How to view vendors

Open Employee Portal → Vendors
From the main nav, go to Employee Portal and select Vendors. You see a read-only list.

Browse team-scoped vendors
Only vendors assigned to your teams appear. Engineering sees Notion; Finance-only vendors stay hidden.

Open a vendor for details
View App Info, subscriptions, and invoices. You cannot edit anything from here.

Request changes from IT
If a vendor is missing or details are wrong, contact Maya or Carlos, they update records in ITAM.
Team-scoped visibility
Vendors appear only when assigned to at least one of your teams. If Sophie moves from Engineering to Product, her vendor list updates after Carlos changes team assignment on each vendor record.
