Edit Subscription & Invoices
Update Notion's subscription dates after renewal and attach the invoice PDF so Maya and finance have a complete audit trail.

Notion auto-renewed yesterday at $960. Carlos updates the subscription end date to 2027-03-14 and uploads the new invoice PDF. Maya opens the vendor record during her weekly review and sees everything current without chasing Slack messages.
Before you begin
- Subscription already created for the vendor
- Permission to edit vendors and subscriptions
Overview
After a renewal charges, especially auto-renew tools like Notion, you update the subscription period and attach the invoice. Maya relies on accurate end dates for approval workflows; finance relies on uploaded PDFs for reconciliation.
Edit subscription

Open the vendor and find the subscription
Go to ITAM → Vendor Management → Notion → Billing Info. Locate the subscription row.

Click Edit on the subscription
Update name, start/end dates, price, currency, billing cycle, or auto-renew as needed.

Save changes
WorkVerge recalculates MRR and renewal alerts based on the new dates and price.
Upload & download invoices

Click Upload Invoice on the subscription
Select a PDF or image from Notion's renewal email, finance will need it later.

Confirm the file attached
The invoice icon or status column shows the document is on file.

Download when needed
Click Download to retrieve the PDF for accounting or audit requests.
