Overview

Reports and custom dashboards pull cross-product data into views you can save and share. Product-specific dashboards also exist inside ITAM and ITSM, but My Organization → Reports is where Maya builds org-wide boards that combine renewal risk, ticket backlog, and DEX engagement for leadership.

Create a dashboard

    Open My Organization → Reports

    Browse built-in templates for ITAM, ITSM, and DEX metrics alongside org-wide custom dashboards.

    Create a custom dashboard

    Add widgets from available data sources, expiring domains, ticket SLAs, survey response rates, CMDB health.

    Arrange and save the layout

    Drag widgets into an executive-friendly view. Name it clearly so Alex and team leads know what they are opening.

    Share with admins or employee portal users

    Grant read access to stakeholders who need visibility without edit rights.

    Open full-screen dashboard detail

    Use the dashboard detail view for standups or quarterly reviews, same data, larger layout.
