Export SSL Certificates to CSV

Download the certs that match your filters, perfect for launch readiness reviews and audit evidence.

Real-world scenario

Carlos Reyes · IT Admin at Bluewave Labs

Maya needs a spreadsheet of every cert expiring before Q3 for the board deck. Carlos filters expiry 90 days, exports CSV, and sends it in five minutes, issuer and dates included.

Before you begin

  • ITAM license enabled
  • View access to Digital Assets → SSL

Overview

Export includes only rows matching your current search and filters. Carlos exports "expiring in 30 days" the week before app.workverge.ai launch and attaches the CSV to the change request.

Step-by-step

  1. 1

Open ITAM → Digital Assets → SSL

Start with the full list or apply filters first.

  2. 2

    Filter expiring certs (optional)

e.g. Expiry within 90 days + Active, for compliance or launch checklists.

  3. 3

Click Export in the table header

WorkVerge downloads a CSV named with today's date.

  4. 4

    Share or archive the file

Attach to change tickets, send to Maya for budget, or store for SOC2 evidence.

What is exported

  • Domain name, type, issuer
  • Auto-renew (Enabled/Disabled)
  • Issued on, expires on dates
  • Status and price where applicable

Example use

Launch readiness pack

Carlos filters Active + expires within 60 days, exports, and highlights app.workverge.ai in red in Sheets because expires-on is 2026-06-17, before the 2026-06-20 go-live.

Re-export after Fetch SSL

Dates in the CSV reflect WorkVerge at export time. After bulk renewal, re-fetch domains and export again so stakeholders see updated expires-on columns.
