Kanban Board

Drag Sophie's keyboard ticket across columns as Carlos triages Austin hardware requests, without opening each record individually.

Carlos opens the Kanban board Monday morning. Sophie's keyboard ticket sits in Open; he drags it to In Progress, then to Pending while waiting for delivery, all from one screen.
